A quick and easy canned chicken salad recipe that’s creamy, crunchy, and perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or served over greens. Great for any season and packed with protein.
Ingredients

2 cans (12.5 oz each) of chicken breast, drained

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Juice of ½ lemon

(Optional) 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish or chopped pickles

(Optional) ¼ cup chopped apples or grapes

(Optional) 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or almonds

(Optional) A dash of garlic powder or smoked paprika
Instructions

Drain canned chicken and flake it into a large bowl.

Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, and parsley.

Stir until everything is evenly combined.

Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.

Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately.
