Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)

  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • (Optional) 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish or chopped pickles

  • (Optional) ¼ cup chopped apples or grapes

  • (Optional) 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or almonds

  • (Optional) A dash of garlic powder or smoked paprika


Instructions

  • Drain canned chicken and flake it into a large bowl.

  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, and parsley.

  • Stir until everything is evenly combined.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.

 

  • Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately.
