  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup croutons (optional)


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  • Cook chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon, and garlic for the dressing.

  • Warm tortillas slightly for easier wrapping.

  • Spread 1–2 tbsp of dressing on each tortilla.

  • Add lettuce, sliced chicken, extra Parmesan, and croutons.

  • Drizzle more dressing if desired, then fold and roll wraps tightly.

  • Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil to go.
